What we collect

• Your order details: name, mobile number, an optional second number, district, area and address, and what you ordered.
• bKash payments: the bKash number you paid from and the transaction ID (TrxID), so we can match your payment.
• Calls and messages: notes our team writes when we call you to confirm or help with an order.

You do not need an account to shop, and we do not ask for your email, date of birth or NID.

Why we use it

• To confirm, pack, deliver and support your order.
• To check a payment you sent by bKash.
• To handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
• To spot fake orders, using your past orders with us and the courier’s delivery record for your number.
• To keep records the law asks us to keep.

We do not sell your information.

Who else sees it

• Steadfast Courier gets your name, mobile number, address and the amount to collect, so they can deliver your parcel. They also tell us how many past parcels to your number were delivered or returned.
• The companies that host our website store it on our behalf and cannot use it for anything else.
• Government authorities, only when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use two small cookies, both needed for the shop to work:

• One remembers your cart for 30 days.
• One remembers the orders you placed on this device for 90 days, so you can open them again without typing your details.

Your browser also remembers whether you chose the light or dark look. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep order records, including your name, number and address, for as long as the law requires. Cart cookies expire after 30 days and order cookies after 90 days.

Your choices

• You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
• You can ask us to delete it, except records the law requires us to keep.
• You can clear the cookies in your browser at any time; your cart will then be empty.
